What is the minimum order for custom teamwear?
10 units per design. Mixed sizes within one design are fine — names and numbers are included at no extra cost.
How long does production take?
Standard production runs 3–4 weeks from mockup approval. Rush lanes are available for verified match deadlines.
Can I see a mockup before paying?
Always. The design desk returns a full vector mockup of your kit within 48 hours of receiving a brief.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — our export desk handles shipments across Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia with tracked courier services.
SHIPPING
Orders are pressed, packed per player and dispatched with tracked courier partners. Domestic Pakistan delivery runs 2–4 days; export lanes typically land in 7–12 business days depending on customs. You receive tracking the moment your carton leaves the floor.
RETURNS
Stock items can be returned unworn within 14 days. Custom teamwear is produced to your approved mockup, so it can't be restocked — but any manufacturing defect is remade free of charge, no arguments.
BULK ORDERS
Clubs, leagues and brands get tiered pricing from 50 units, dedicated production slots and free size-run sampling. Send your brief through the custom desk and mention your target volume.
PRIVACY
We store only what an order needs: your contact details, address and design brief. Nothing is sold, shared or used beyond production and delivery communication.
